  • Updating Opportunity Action settings in the Automation workflows

  • Setup of Subdomain (for funnels)

  • Upload of logo Files and any other brand assets

Liaising with your client during the process (on your behalf) via a temporary white-labelled Slack channel and account setup progress tracking via shared ClickUp List (for you to see where we're at)

Final walkthrough review with your client

Zoom call with a key decision maker (either you or directly with your client) to go over all the copy in emails, sms messages and on funnel pages to make sure they are happy with it or if any tweaks need to be made.

Final Testing Before Going Live

Running live tests to make sure funnels look good on all devices, URLs are properly mapped, and trigger links work in emails. Automation workflows are functioning well, custom values/fields in emails being sent are properly populated etc. Basically, making sure that everything we've configured works and looks well before it's handed over to a client to start offering appointments.

User Onboarding Call and Q&As

Live and/or pre-recorded User training on how the system works and how they use it on a day-to-day basis (this could be a call directly with you and your client and their key personnel plus cover any Questions also. A recording is provided after the call so the client can refer back in future.

The standard inclusions are as follows:

Extra Fees

Please note that if your client requires any additional users to be configured with the appointments system and/or additional appointment funnels than we will charge extra as follows:

  • 600 for each additional appointment funnel

    (Configuring all automations, copywriting & booking page customisations, walk through check with your client, final testing & user onboarding.)

  • 300 for each additional calendar assigned user setup
    (Appointment Distribution by user availability / Priority or Equal distribution, meeting location/s, Availability, preferences and connection to their Google or Outlook calendars)

Once initial deposit is paid we will get to work and keep you informed on our progress via dedicated ClickUp tasks lists and Slack channel.

Once the setup is completed and your client is satisfied with it, you pay the remaining invoice amount.

Pre-requisites: High-Level Sub-Account Setup

In order for the automation workflows that are part of the 'Appointment Booking System™ to work, the following will need to be completed first:

  • LC Email System

  • LC Phone System

This is because there are emails and sms messages that need to be sent (for things like reminders, confirmations etc and if the account is not 'live' none of the workflows will work.

Also to avoid any disappointment or confusion later please understand that the scope of the 'Appointment Booking System™ Setup as a service'

is limited to what's outlined on this page. Setup of GHL accounts (LC Email / LC Phone systems) or the Essential Business Marketing System™ IS NOT included in the scope of this service.

If you're referring to setting up a new GHL sub-account with all the critical functions like the phone system, email and integrations then the answer is no. Appointment Booking System™ Setup as a service does not include setting up new GHL sub-accounts.
